Fleet Technology Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Technology Specialist to travel throughout the Lift, Inc. territory. The Fleet Technology Specialist will be responsible for supporting our current and prospective telematics customers. Working with the Fleet Technology Manager; you will focus on assisting our account representatives and service team to onboard new telematics customers, provide technical support, and conduct follow-up appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Shadowing Fleet Technology Manager to learn about telematics systems.

  • Assisting the service team and/or technicians on customer installations.

  • Training customers on system dashboards and reports.

  • Using fleet data to educate customers on opportunities for improvement.

  • Providing after the sale support.

  • Assisting with product demos.

  • Conduct follow-up visits.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Minimum

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)

  • Self-motivated and comfortable speaking in front of small to medium sized groups

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
